Suspected Thugs Attack the home of Lee Maeba, the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council in Rivers State.
On Thursday morning, December 8, 2022, the thugs attacked the residence and vandalized about five cars.
An ally of PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar named Maeba verified the attack when Channels Television paid him a visit at his home.
The PDP presidential campaign chairman said his neighbors had noticed odd movements near his home when he arrived in Port Harcourt on Thursday morning, December 8.
He claimed that a young man had contacted to inform him of the impending attack. Maeba claimed that immediately after he left the house to visit his mother-in-law, his home was attacked.
They opened the gate by shooting at it. Where is he? they yelled as they tied the gateman. They then started firing at the automobiles. What have I done wrong? This is not Atiku’s home. I am a democrat, and I have no intentions of hurting anyone. Maeba stated.
According to reports, three people were hurt during the attack on the former senator’s home who formerly served as Rivers South East’s National Assembly representative.
